The sending institution (the person in charge listed by the student) automatically receives an email from email@example.com with a link to sign it online. All you need to sign the OLA is a computer and normal pointers/mouse. You use the mouse to “draw” your signature in the field called “Sign OLA.” You should ensure that the signature covers most of the signature field, otherwise it may not be accepted by the system. Then click “Validate.” The student begins the process by creating a learning agreement in the OLA system and signing it online. Be sure to give your students the right name and email address for the person in charge of your institution (responsible for signing the apprenticeship agreement). University-specific apprenticeship contracts are signed at the faculty`s information centre after the student`s arrival in Bergen. The institution that receives will automatically receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sign the OLA as soon as possible. The new version of the online learning agreement platform has been published and is now available to the Erasmus generation as an integral part of the process of digitising the Erasmus programme. The OLA can be used by students participating in Erasmus mobility for studies or internships between higher education institutions holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). The apprenticeship agreement is a key document for Erasmus mobility. From the Erasmus programme 2021-2027, e-learning agreements become the norm. You can take advantage of the online learning agreement: www.learning-agreement.eu In recent years, we have seen how digital learning agreements can dramatically reduce the administrative burden and facilitate the enjoyment of a quality mobility experience for students. In the past, the complexity of red tape has resulted in learning agreements not always being concluded before departure, as well as problems with ECTS recognition after students return home.
