Bumble Agreement

An article that Bumble (@bumble) shared on May 29, 2020 at 17:02 PDT, along with the privacy policy, cookie policy, security advice, arbitration procedures (if you wish) and all the terms you have disclosed and agreed, if you purchase additional features, products or services that we offer on the service, contains the full agreement between you and Tinder regarding the use of the service. If a provision of this agreement were to be struck down, the rest of this agreement would remain fully in force and effective. The inability of the company to exercise or enforce a right or provision in this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You agree that your Tinder account is not transferable and that all your rights to your account and its contents expire after your death. Under this agreement, there are no agencies, partnerships, joint ventures, trustees or other specific relationships or jobs, and you cannot link or hire under any circumstances. If you subscribe to your Google Play Store account or directly via Tinder: please contact your order number for the Google Play Store (the order number is in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet) or Tinder (you`ll find it in your confirmation email). You can also send or send a signed and dated message indicating that you, the buyer, are revocing this contract or words with a similar effect. Please also include the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account as well as your order number. This message should be addressed to: Tinder, Attn: Cancellations, P.O. Box 25472, Dallas, Texas 75225, United States. In addition, we don`t appreciate users doing bad things against Bumble – we`ve been working our creation, so it`s expressly forbidden to scratch or replicate part of the app without our prior consent. This is viewed in a different way (automated or otherwise) through our currently available published interfaces, unless you exist in a separate agreement with us.

We have had many discussions within our company about how to respond to last week`s injustices and the systemic racism that our country and our Bumble community face. Bumble has always had a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to racism, hatred and bigotry of all kinds, both as a company and on our platforms, including within our app. Our priority is to get the job done. As a company and as a community, we have made immediate decisions to prioritize the well-being of our employees, many of whom are harmful. 👉We are expanding our psychological nonsense advice for Bumble employees to ensure they have the space and assistance to deal with traumatic events. 👉We look closely internally at how we can systematically facilitate open discussions about racism and violence, not just during an information cycle. 👉We are giving the AAPI Civic Fund and the NAACP non-profit organizations run by Asians and Pacific Islanders and black Americans. We will continue to evaluate all of our non-profit donations and partnerships through an intersectionality goal. 👉We are looking at ways to improve products and policies to combat racism and unconscious prejudice, led by our teams of internal solutions to diversity, investment and inclusion.

👉We will continue to work with the Anti-Defast League (ADL) to eradicate hate speech in our application by using artificial intelligence to identify hate symbols and use ADL research and terminology as the norm.
